Using your credit (you choose)
- HICAPS on the day (if eligible): we process your health fund claim, and your credit can be used toward any gap payment.
- Claim later (if eligible): your credit covers the full fee on the day, and we provide a receipt for you to claim with your fund.
Using HICAPS on the day is optional — we’re happy to do whichever you prefer.
